Intelligence Backlash

With career people in the Intelligence community, feeling betrayed by the Obama administration.
There is a push back from inside the "Intelligence Community" over what seasoned professionals say is nothing less than a "Cover Up" of intelligence on terrorism in North Africa. Information obtained, but being ignored or tossed aside due to ideology or political expedience.September 11 attack on the US Consulate was no coincidence according to Mohammad AL Magarief, who claims it was the work of “experienced masterminds”.AL Magaeief spoke to Aljazeera in his first international media interview since the attack. “I think this was al-Qaeda,” referring to Tuesday’s consulate attack, which left 4 US Embassy workers and 10 Libyans dead.

Clear reports revealing Iranian support for jihadist  throughout North Africa and Middle East, as well the spread of Al-Qaeda and it's surrogates into Egypt and Libya in the months before the 9/11 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi. There was information 3 days prior to the Benghazi attack form sources within the Egyptian Intelligence Services that there would be problems at both U.S. and Israeli Embassies thought the region.

No matter how much the Obama administration touts the demise of Al-Qaeda  and spikes the football over the death of Osama Ben laden. The intelligence does not support their wishes and dreams.

What is at hand is a lame effort at a Cover-up at the highest levels. The Professionals of our intelligence services and military are not going to jump under the Bus keep information from the American people.I would speculate those under the Bus will emerge from under the Bus with information that will stop the Bus in it's tracks.

Libya will not be the last embassy to come under attack unless the White House and State Department realizes that apologies and ignoring the threats is not a policy that will work.

I must say, Had it not been for Fox News reporting the information from it's sources this would have been a "Whitewash." With the Main Stream Media's collusion with the hdministration.we aren't out of the woods yet. The Media is still resisting any story that would make the President and his administration culpable in a Cover-up.

ASSAULT ON FREEDOM

THE UN ARMS TRADE TREATY THREAT

The month of July will see many nations in the United Nations come together to establish an International Arms Trade Treaty. The problem with this is the World body members for the most part are authoritarian and dictatorial regimes, that trample on individual freedoms. If some nations are not so radical they are at least socialist driven democracies, pushing the big government policies which diminishes it’s citizens liberty.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s remarks to the United Nations Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty in July, it gives us a flavor of the Treaty and it’s effects on our freedoms: “An agreed set of standards for arms exports, along with strict national legislation,” “We have an instrument to facilitate cooperation in tracking illicit small arms and light weapons, and we also have the United Nations Register of Conventional Arms.”

A statement issued by the Chief Negotiator for Mexico Dr. Roberto Dondisch Glowinski:

For Mexico, It is clear the objective of this treaty is to prevent misuse of weapons as a means to protect the Individual. In this sense the following are of the utmost importance.”
We cannot lose sight of the humanitarian aspect that must guide this treaty by using clear legal language as it is dictated by international law.
This treaty must cover all types of conventional weapons without differentiation on it’s supposed use. Criminals do not differentiate between weapons manufactured for shooting sport and those developed for military snipers when they intend to kill. We cannot make this different ion either.
The treaty must include regulations for parts and ammunition. ……….

One could imagine nefarious ties between the Department of Justice, The Secretary of State, ATF, The White House and other anti gun groups and foreign States who would relish the demise of our 2nd Amendment rights. All of this comes together with “Fast and Furious” an operation to flood Mexico with Arms originating from the United States. The amateurish operation formulated in the back rooms of Washington. A plot to deny the citizens of the United States liberties guaranteed by the Constitution. To further assault the freedoms of the American people by the UN Arms Treaty is the Tracing and Record Keeping provisions required by the Treaty. The following is a section from the record keeping requirements:
Excerpt from proposed treaty:

Record-keeping

11. The choice of methods for record-keeping is a national prerogative. States will ensure that accurate and comprehensive records are established for all marked small arms and light weapons within their territory and maintained in accordance with paragraph12 below in order to enable their competent national authorities to trace illicit small arms and light weapons in a timely and reliable manner.

12. From the time of the adoption of this instrument, records pertaining to marked small arms and light weapons will, to the extent possible, be kept indefinitely, but in any case a State will ensure the maintenance of:

(a) Manufacturing records for at least 30 years; and

(b) All other records, including records of import and export, for at least 20 years.

13. States will require that records pertaining to small arms and light weapons held by companies that go out of business be forwarded to the State in accordance with its national legislation.

This is just a slice of the Treaty about to be before the United Nations. If this Treaty is voted for in the United Nations backed by the Obama regime, Ratified by the Senate and we are signatories to the treaty, Our government would have successfully removed the most important part of our Bill of Rights from the Constitution.

It is best said by our first President George Washington "Firearms stand next in importance to the constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence … from the hour the Pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurrences and tendencies prove that to ensure peace security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable … the very atmosphere of firearms anywhere restrains evil interference — they deserve a place of honor with all that's good."

"The greatest danger to American freedom is a government that ignores the Constitution."
Thomas Jefferson

Cold War Redux

After the fall of the Soviet Union and the breakup of the Soviet States, it seemed democracy would triumph. Ronald Regan had defeated the totalitarian regime and defeated the Russian Bear.

The new economy in the split republics, war surplus with the General’s and KGB officers reaping the fruit of Soviet excess war material. Tanks and Kalashnikovs were sold by case lot to arm’s dealers world wide for export. When this well dried up the General staff retired to lavish lives in the Black Sea cities of Gelendzhik and Sochi.

Where did the KGB (Komitet gosudarstvennoy bezopasnosti) Committee for State Security go? Many went to work world wide as security consultants, corporate spies employed by corporations and governments in the West. Some, remained in the service of the Russian government Then there were those officers in the KGB that went into politics especially those with political ambitions .

This brings us to Vladimir Putin the twice elected president of Russia with a four year stint as Prime Minister to allow him another term as President. Vladimir Putin is a experienced KGB officer serving since 1975 in post of East Germany, Leningrad and Moscow before 1991. George Bush stated “I found him (Putin) to be very straightforward and trustworthy” He could see into his soul.” The only thing I could see was beady KGB eyes. I would rather trust my pet rattle snake named "Pete" over Putin.

Now we have the weakest American President in decades and Vladimir as President of Russia. I think, I have a Cold War moment coming on, no I’m sure of it “Cold War Redux”. Barrack Obama as President and Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State this plus the fact we have Russian Generals threatening preemptive strikes in NATO countries to prevent a missile shield from being placed in Europe. President Obama assuring former President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev after the elections he will be more flexible, and to pass that on to Vladimir.

It’s difficult to watch our counties military and influence for good in the world slide of the cliff. The future visualized by Putin is a rebirth of the Soviet Union. He knows President Obama is a pushover and will take advantage of all his weaknesses, including the State department. New Russian spies are on our shores now as missions of commerce and diplomacy. So beware “Cold War Redux”

Russia with the improving economy and natural resources to swell it's military budget and a determined Ex-KGB officer as President. What do you think time to hit the Klaxons and take cover?
